I used struggling to make breakfast ,because my hubby wants something new and helathy meanwhile that should be filling .So that i searched for healthy and quick recipes.Finally i got this Low calories and healthy drink.
Ingredients:
Orange juice - 1/4cup
pinapple juice - 1/4cupNon fat yogurt - 1/4cup
fresh strawberry - 1/2 c sliced
Half banana sliced
Method:
Place the orange juice, pineapple juice, yogurt, strawberries, and bananas into a blender. blend everything until smooth. The berry drink will be very thick and tasty. Serve immediately.

- Note:The original recipe contains 1/4cup blueberry,i don't have blueberry at home so i have not add it here.
