Ingretients:
3/4 cup - sugar
21/2 cup - unsweetend sherdded cocount
2 - large egg whites
1tsp - vanilla extract
1/2 cup - semisweet chocolate chunksMethod:
1. In a bowl Beat egg whites well with sugar.
2.Add all other ingredients into it and mix it very well.
3.Place small mounds (about 1 tablespoon) of the dough on the baking sheet, spacing one inch apart. Bake for about 15 or until the macaroons are shiny. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes and place it a wire to cool.
