Bitterguard Curry



Ingretiends:
Bitterguard - 3
Uraddal - 1tsp
Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 5
Cumin seeds - 1/4tsp
onion - 1/4 cup
Buttermilk - 1/2cup (optional)
Grated cocunt - 4tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - As needed.

Method:
Chop the bitterguard into a small pieces and put it to the buttermilk for 10mins,this step will reduce the bitterness.Heat oil in a pan put all the temperings let them spalutter.Add onions saute it for a min add chilli,turmeric powders and salt.Drain the bitterguard from buttermilk add it to the pan close the lid,allow the bitterguard to wellcook.Finally add grated cocount cook for one more min,swith off the stove.Serve with any rice.

Mixed vegetable curry



Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables - 1cup(Here i have used peas,potato,beets and carrots)
Onion - 1/4 cup
Grated cocount - 4tbsp or bread crumbs - 4tbsp
Salt - as needed
oil - 1tsp
Paruppu podi - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Jeera - 1/2tsp
curry leaves - 4 to 6
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add mustard,jeera and curry leaves then add onion and turmeric saute it for 1min.Add mixed vegetables and salt to the pan close the lid cook for 5-7 mins add paruppu podi to it cook it another 2mins.

Finally add cocount or bread crumbs cook for one more min.Switch off the stove,serve it warm.It goes very well with rasam or curd.

Simple Pork Fry



Ingredients:
Pork - 1/2kg
Onion chopped - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - a sprig
Salt - to taste
Oil - as needed
Coriander leaves -a small bunch
Fresh grated coconut - 2 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves then add onion into the pan saute it till the onion get brown colour add tomatos followed by all masala powder except garama masala saute the mix for 5mins.Add pork and salt,close the lid til the pork cooked finally add the garam masala powder and fresh cocount cook it for another 4mins switch off the stove.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves,serve it warm as side dish.

Soya Curry

Soya balls are very healthy food.but lot of peoples are doesn't like that taste.even if we put in briyani,noodles or whatever the way it will separated by our loved ones.this is what happens at every home,of course at my home also till i started to make this recipe.Now everybody is love this curry at my home.



Ingredients:
Dry soya balls - 1cup
chopped Onion - 1/2 medium
chopped Green chilli -3
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4tsp
cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Sherdded cocount - 3tbsp
cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
urad dal - 1/4 tsp
musterd seeds - 1/4 tsp
oil - 2tsp
salt - as needed
lemon juice -1/2 tsp

Direction:

In a pan take 3cup of water put it medium while the water come to the boiling stage put the dry soya balls switch off the stove and close the pan with lid.After 5mins open the lid and drain the soya balls then let them cool.once soya gets cooled sherd the soyas using ur mixer.

Heat oil in a pan then add mustred,urad dal,cumin after splutter the musterd add green chill and onion saute for a min then add sherded soyas keep the stove at medium,after 3mins add all the powders and salt let it saute for another one min then add cocount,switch off the stove add the lemon juice.Serve it with anykind of rice as side dish.
